Partial Package

For the client who has already booked the venues and wants to remain an integral part of the planning process

 

  • Organization of the planning calendar- creation of timeline and monthly “to do” lists

  • Management of up to 6 vendors- client chooses: caterer, florist, photographer, transportation, band/DJ, cake, hotel accommodations, rentals, videographer, hair/make-up, invitations/printing, or other 

  • 8 hours consultation, and unlimited phone/email communication

  • Budget development, as needed

  • Detailed floor plans and layout of venues

  • Coordination of final walk-thru with necessary vendors present

  • Assistance with creating wedding-week schedules

  • Assistance with guest list management and table seating, as needed

  • All items listed in the Wedding Day-of Coordination

On the Day

We work with you 3 months prior to your Wedding Day to ensure that all details are ironed out and your day runs seamlessly

  • 3 planning meetings and unlimited phone/email assistance

  • Venue walk-through prior to event

  • Vendor Contact

    • Communication with all Vendors as to time of arrival, set-up expectations, clean-up expectations, deliveries final payments, final questions and details, etc

  • Detailed Schedule & Supplies Lists

    • Sent to all vendors, wedding party, family, etc.

  • Set-Up Coordination- At Church and Reception Venue​

    • Table seating, florals, all decorations , etc.​

  • Ensuring the event stays on the timeline

  • Clean-Up Coordination- At Church and Reception Venue​

  • Wedding day emergency kit
